My Office

Jace was one of the new captains in the thirteen court guard squads. He was a little nervous but he had a lot of responsiblities to fall back on now, his personality helped him under pressure in situations such as this. He had to regulate who and what comes through the great gate to the sereitei. He looked through numerous papers until one caught his eye, cartel of fireworks and small explosives."Hmm.." he hummed to himself. He looked up as he heard a knock at the door. "Come In" he said loud enough for them to hear.

Haseo came in his office kazeshini rested on his shoulder "Yo" he said with a straight face

Jace knew this man, he was the substitute shinigami they recruited not to long ago. He wondered what he could be doing here in his office. "Something You need?" he asked him in a nonchalant tone

"yeah there is something i have been wondering for a while now Jace."he then took a seat
"its about kazeshini you remember when he first arrived in the soul soicety."he asked him

Jace had to think about the subject at hand for a few moments before he could answer. "Vaguely but yes, I Do" he muttered.

"Kazeshini got out agin...it was last night he slaughtered two soul reapers out side the gate."he said and then looked down at his zanpakuto.

"I See.." he muttered and sighed as defense was his squad's objective. "I need you to see a trainer for your zanpakuto,Someone who can pay attention you at all times" he muttered. "I recommend someone from the 4th or 1st divsion." he muttered.

"Kazeshini never wants to listen to me,All he says is maybe ill give you some respect when you give me Bankai."he said felling like a failure

"This is the reason I suggest a mentor who can watch over you.." he muttered "Do You know any kidou masters or anyone who may have a secret training area that is secluded from the outside world?" he asked.

"Kisuke"he said bluntly "Hat'n Clogs does,him and that cat"

"Exucuse me?" he asked a little confused about the names.

"Thats right jace you never been to my town."He said "well the guy who trained me in Shikai lives there and i think he can help me."

"Go See him Then" he muttered and looked at a paper and then back at him. "Stay with him until you can gain the power to overcome your spirit"

"Until bankai is achieved you mean."He said

"If thats the only way, Then Yes" he muttered "Im Sorry but until that spirit is under control" he muttered "I will have to tell the gate guards they cannot allow you in" he said.
